Issue 97 of Papercraft Inspirations features some of my favourite paper designs all based on a new home theme! Cute little trees, windows, doors and houses make up this set, and the embellishments have a clever interchangeable sign on the door of a little house topper, which makes a super quick personalised greetings card. St Simeon & Paris!

I thought I'd share some inspiring photos I took while on a recent family holiday in St Simeon near Paris. We visited some beautiful medieval towns and rustic villages where I came across some beautiful little doorways and stonework.

While walking around Paris, we visited the Notre Damn which has some very pretty iron work and windows- even the shadows are pretty!

...and some very interesting shop windows including some yummy chocolates and cakes- I love this pastel colour palette...
